The client is an ambitious young entrepreneur who wanted to have some sleeping space in his loft-office to be able to stay there during the long deadline nights or just to have some private space to unwind and relax.

The brick that was used for the walls is an actual reused old brick from the historical building in Moscow that was demolished. It brings the sense of history and makes the loft warmer. The structural elements are metal painted black. There is an interesting glass box modern conference room upstairs for the meetings. The kitchen island has everything the kitchen needs hidden within the sleek box.
